About the Role
Carrier is seeking engineering majors with leadership ability and strong academic performance for the competitive Carrier Engineering Leadership Program (ELP). This program offers graduates impactful contributions through three, eight-month rotations across various Carrier centers of excellence and business units. Participants will receive hands-on assignments, high-caliber training, mentorship, and guidance to build a strong global network.
Responsibilities
- Build technical and leadership skills within a professional, cross-functional environment.
- Gain exposure to technology and product development.
- Learn technical fundamentals of HVAC, including modeling and hands-on lab testing.
- Engage in project management.
- Participate in change management.
- Experience customer engagement.
- Develop executive presence and communications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
- GPA must be greater than or equal to 3.0.
- Must be geographically mobile and willing to relocate for rotations.
- Must graduate in 2026 or 2027 with an engineering degree.
- Must be available to start the Leadership Program in June 2027.
