About the Role
This role focuses on welcoming new members and guiding them through the start of their fitness journey by building genuine, trust-based relationships, actively listening to their goals, and recommending personalized solutions for their fitness success. Success requires a passion for fitness combined with strong interpersonal skills to create a positive, motivating, and results-driven member experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop first-name relationships with members, answer questions, resolve concerns, and connect them with appropriate resources.
- Maintain a clean, well-maintained, and safe gym environment for members and guests.
- Deliver an outstanding sales and service experience, ensuring a welcoming, informative, and inclusive visit to inspire members to pursue their fitness goals.
- Support an exceptional new member onboarding experience, providing a friendly greeting and prompt attention to their needs.
Requirements

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
- CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.
