About the Role
Oscar Stone is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join their team, focusing on providing exceptional customer experiences and driving sales.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with jewelry purchases.
- Sell gold, diamonds, jewelry, watches, and other merchandise.
- Assist with pawn transactions and explain available options to customers.
- Build relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
- Meet individual and store sales goals.
- Maintain an organized and professional sales floor.
- Handle customer questions, pricing, payments, and transactions accurately.
- Follow all company policies and inventory/security procedures.
Requirements
- Previous jewelry, retail, sales, or pawn experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable working with sales goals and commissions.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work as part of a team.
- Jewelry knowledge is a plus, but training may be provided.
