Responsibilities
- Assign service providers to clients and students receiving therapy or educational services.
- Coordinate with staff to ensure services align with IEP or IFSP requirements.
- Track new and incoming evaluations and service requests.
- Communicate with parents, teachers, medical professionals, and stakeholders to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
- Collaborate with the billing department to resolve issues with notes, claims, or invoices.
- Maintain complete and accurate records for all students and clients.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in education, healthcare, or a related field is required.
- Must have 1 or more years of experience working in childcare, education, or healthcare administration.
