Responsibilities
- Complete Federal and State specific disclosures in tandem with loan specific program requirements
- Verify data integrity in the loan file
- Communicate with sales staff as necessary
- Prepare Closing Disclosures in accordance with TRID requirements
- Prepare Closing Documents in accordance with Federal, State and Loan Specific requirements
- Communicate with Settlement Agents as necessary
Requirements
- Familiar with regulatory compliance including TRID, RESPA and TILA
- Familiar with multistate disclosures and closings
- Basic knowledge of Conventional and Government loan products and requirements
- Strong knowledge of closing document preparation
- Detail oriented
- Analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Basic computer knowledge
