About the Role
The Building & Grounds Technician III position provides advanced maintenance in plumbing, carpentry, and electrical. This is a full-time, 40-hour per week role with a floating on-call requirement and overtime as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provides advanced maintenance in plumbing, carpentry, and electrical.
- Secure and maintain all certifications and trainings required by WWAARC.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a valid driver’s license that meets WWAARC insurability requirements.
- Job is a manual labor position.
- Requires the ability to perform essential job functions that include prolonged standing and walking; frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting.
- Working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions throughout the year.
- Employee must be able to regularly lift 50-75 pounds with or without accommodation.
