About the Role
This role involves building and developing the Consumer Healthcare (OTC/OTX) division in Germany for an internationally successful pharmaceutical company. You will have the opportunity to influence market activities, gain market share, and make a difference with strong, pharmacy-exclusive brands, benefiting from the stability of a global player and the agility of a growth phase.
Responsibilities
- Plan and lead indication and product training for pharmacy teams, strengthening recommendation confidence and driving sell-out.
- Build networks with pharmacy managers and HCPs, implement promotions, and optimize brand presence in visible and free choice areas.
- Plan tours for efficient routing and continuous market development in Northern Germany, Berlin, and Eastern federal states, including flexible vacancy coverage.
- Scan the market for new potentials, analyze sell-in and sell-out data, and derive sales measures for the territory.
- Act as a liaison between pharmacies, field sales, and district management, ensuring complete CRM reporting.
Requirements
- Expertise as a pharmaceutical representative according to § 75 AMG or comparable training (e.g., PTA/pharmacist with high affinity for sales).
- Solid professional experience in pharmaceutical field sales (OTC focus) or direct pharmacy environment.
- Didactic skills and ability to present complex mechanisms effectively to target audiences.
- High flexibility and willingness to independently manage various brick territories within the North/East region.
- Extensive willingness to travel in Northern and Eastern Germany.
- Structured, closing-oriented, and reliable work approach.
