About the Role
Northwest School of Music is seeking a fun and professional part-time staff member to administer our music school in Northwest Austin, TX. This role serves as the primary point of contact for students, families, and teachers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Greeting students arriving for lessons and ensuring teachers stay on schedule
- Responding to scheduling-related phone calls and emails from students and families
- Interfacing with teachers to help them manage their student schedules
- Performing general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Organized, motivated self-starter with a strong customer service mindset
- Demonstrated interest in music and music education is an asset
Location
- Northwest Austin, TX
Work Type
- Part-time
- Weekday afternoons Wednesday through Friday, and Saturday morning/early afternoon
Salary/Compensations
- $15-$17/hour
