About the Role
As the Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in achieving the PRS& Samsung goals. You'll be responsible for aligning with the PRS& Samsung brand and ethos, while delivering inspirational customer service, maintaining operational compliance, and executing strategies that enrich our customers' lives through unrivalled interactions with Samsung products.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and well-being of customers and team members.
- Champion exceptional customer experiences and satisfaction measures.
- Manage and lead colleagues across all departments, providing direction, support, and encouragement.
- Follow and implement PRS processes, guidelines, and policies for operational compliance.
- Maintain impeccable store standards for a seamless shopping experience.
- Deputize for the Store Manager in their absence to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle key holding and general shift management.
Requirements
- Proven track record in people management, leadership, and direction.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to prioritize workloads and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
- Commercially minded approach to retail.
- Previous management experience is a must.
