About the Role
Little Moons is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to enhance brand attention and ensure every brand moment counts. This new role offers a significant opportunity to leverage an engaged community and an exciting agenda for 2026/2027, transforming engagement into marketing that people actively choose to interact with, discuss, and share. Working closely with the Head of Brand Marketing, you will shape major campaigns, innovation launches, and brand collaborations, elevating communication standards and creative development to generate awareness, conversation, and cultural impact. The role requires challenging the status quo, thinking big, and driving brilliant ideas forward with ambition and hustle.
Responsibilities
- Help build the Little Moons fame engine, creating earned attention across innovation launches, brand campaigns, and cultural connections.
- Develop and embed an earned attention-first approach across all major brand activities.
- Monitor campaigns from development to launch, identifying opportunities to increase impact and cultural relevance.
- Develop scalable and repeatable launch approaches for global markets.
- Identify opportunities to grow brand fame through PR, retail activations, and marketing initiatives.
- Develop communications frameworks that translate brand strategy into impactful consumer-facing activities.
- Raise the quality of communications planning and execution across earned, owned, and paid channels.
- Develop scalable campaign and global launch toolkits for multiple markets, ensuring local relevance.
- Identify partnership opportunities with brands and talent that align with cultural relevance and audience fit.
- Pitch and outreach to prospective partners, creating compelling collaboration ideas.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute partnerships through campaigns and launches.
- Continuously seek new partnership opportunities and cultural connections to reach new audiences.
- Lead relationships with agency partners, freelancers, and specialist talent.
- Set clear expectations for partners, challenge thinking, and push for stronger work.
- Challenge briefs and creative development to ensure distinctive and shareable work.
- Identify capability gaps and bring in external expertise or talent.
- Ensure external partners operate as a seamless extension of the marketing team.
- Line manage and develop the Assistant Brand Manager.
- Build capability across the marketing team in communications planning, earned-attention marketing, and campaign effectiveness.
- Create frameworks, tools, and best-practice processes to improve marketing quality and consistency.
- Partner with Brand Managers to embed earned-attention planning in innovation launches and activation plans.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating successfully at Senior Brand Manager level, with ownership of brand strategy, campaign development, and cross-functional delivery.
- Proven experience developing strategic brand partnerships and collaborations that enhance brand equity and deliver measurable results.
- Experience building brands in digital-first consumer environments, with a strong understanding of culture, social channels, creators, and emerging trends.
- Strong agency leadership experience, with a track record of building long-term agency partnerships, inspiring excellent creative work, and effectively managing performance and delivery.
