About the Role
Woodbury Corporation is seeking an analytical, creative, and self-driven Architect or Non-licensed Architectural Designer to join our in-house architecture department. This role offers the opportunity to be involved in all stages of architecture and development, from idea conception to adaption, working within a dynamic full-service real estate company.
Responsibilities
- Schematic Design through Construction Administration
- Design and development of projects
- Space and site planning
- Collaborate with leasing agents and developers on creative solutions
- Develop interior office or retail spaces with tenants
- Coordinate with contractors during construction
- Drafting of construction documents
- Modeling buildings in Revit and SketchUp
Requirements
- 2-years experience in commercial architecture
- Good communication and team skills
- Significant experience with Revit
- Experience with SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office
- An optimistic and pro-active attitude
