About the Role
Busy multi-specialty dental office is seeking an experienced, motivated Treatment Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate new and existing patient treatment
- Present treatment plans and financial options
- Follow up with patients and help convert inquiries into scheduled treatment
- Communicate effectively with patients and the dental team
Requirements
- Fluent in English & Spanish – REQUIRED
- 1–2+ years of dental office experience in a similar position
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology
- Experience with Dentrix or similar dental software
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- Professional, organized, and confident with patients
- Strong patient relationship and treatment presentation skills
- Sales/closing experience is a plus
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
