About the Role
Similarweb is revolutionizing how businesses interact with the digital world by revealing online activity. Our data and solutions empower over 6,000 customers, including Google, Meta, and OpenAI, to make game-changing decisions. We are seeking a Product Data Scientist to join our Data Labs team, handling complex client requests and transforming raw data into strategic insights. This role requires strong analytical skills, independence, curiosity, and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Responsibilities
- Building custom-made reports end to end, from client meetings to report delivery.
- Applying quantitative analysis and data mining expertise to derive insights from data.
- Conducting research and developing tools to answer client business questions using Similarweb's data and algorithms.
- Partnering with Engineering teams to establish scalable infrastructure.
- Collaborating with Advisory Services Consultants to address strategic business questions and deliver custom data products.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with SQL/pySpark for data analysis.
- Experience in Python scripting.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills in English.
- Demonstrates initiative and a proactive mindset.
- Experienced in independently managing complex projects from start to finish.
- Have a Bachelor's in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
