About the Role

This role is for a business leader responsible for executing the regional strategy in Europe East through effective management of people and process. The individual will be accountable for the region's sales P&L, strategic and operational management, and coaching sales directors to achieve ambitious growth. Key components include integrity, vision, professionalism, process discipline, and passion, with a focus on high-level customer service and staff development. This is a 12-month contract position.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales team effectiveness and engagement, measured by Close Rate, ENPS, and Sales NPS.
  • Collaborate with HR and direct reports on selection, onboarding, development, retention, and engagement of Destination Experts.
  • Coach and develop Sales Directors to review, understand, and performance manage team members' sales, customer service, and productivity results.
  • Build and execute direct report development plans to drive optimal performance and deliver against regional plans.
  • Deliver against the region’s customer experience goals by ensuring the sales team provides a great customer journey.
  • Collaborate with Product to ensure product and in-country experiences meet client expectations.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure lead generation activities support the monthly sales pipeline.
  • Be accountable for the region’s Profit & Loss, managing revenue generation and influencing strategies across marketing, lead generation, competitive analysis, pricing, product, and merchandising.
  • Develop and manage the go-to-market plan for the region to increase revenue, maximize margin, balance staffing, build market share, and establish a differentiated brand.
  • Review regional results and develop action plans with key stakeholders to address opportunities and enhance customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in sales, commercial operations, or business management.
  • Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and driving results across international markets.
  • Strong financial and business acumen, including experience reviewing performance metrics and business results.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proven capability to build strong partnerships across functions and levels of the organization.
