About the Role

This role supports the Signature Success Plan's sales process within the Professional Services Operations department. The candidate will accurately execute operational tasks, manage data, and optimize processes to provide advanced support and guidance to the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Signature Success Plan deal data, correct discrepancies, and collaborate with global teams for data correction.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot deal approval workflows, providing guidance on the application process.
  • Onboard and enable new sales representatives on operational processes, and conduct retraining for existing staff.
  • Provide timely guidance and enablement for sales representatives on the quoting tool, participate in Global UAT for tool updates, and communicate releases.
  • Localize global materials for sales programs and promotions, research and provide data for target selection, and offer feedback on Japanese market-specific program designs.
  • Understand standard sales and compensation policies, provide guidance within the department, and suggest appropriate escalation points.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in business operations, sales operations, or equivalent department management/operations.
  • Hands-on experience with sales processes, including deal data management and approval workflows.
  • Ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders, including domestic sales representatives, sales strategy teams, and global teams.
  • Business-level English proficiency for smooth decision-making and negotiation in global team communications.
  • Fluent Japanese language skills.
  • Ability to respond flexibly and appropriately to fast-paced environments and new demands.
  • Understanding of different cultures and a high awareness of diversity to collaborate with members from various backgrounds.

  • Experience with quoting/pricing tools or CPQ (preferred)
