About the Role
Participate in the day-to-day activities of the Transaction Banking division, providing insights and expertise to support senior colleagues in making informed decisions, developing new products and services, and identifying new market opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Execute small research projects and research to support strategic decision making.
- Prepare presentations and reports to communicate research findings.
- Collaborate with senior management to implement research findings for transaction banking.
- Participate in the development of payment solutions for global companies.
- Manage end-to-end product management with risk controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Identify opportunities, develop business cases, and manage the deployment and launch of new products and services for transaction banking.
- Manage client relationships and provide customer service support to clients and customers.
- Respond to questions about products and services.
- Process transactions.
- Meet stakeholder/customer needs through operational excellence and customer service.
- Perform prescribed activities in a timely manner and to a high standard.
- Execute work requirements as identified in processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with and impact the work of team members.
- Identify escalation of policy breaches as required.
- Take responsibility for customer service and operational execution tasks.

Requirements
- 3 A-levels at BBB (or equivalent).
- GCSE Mathematics grade 6.
- GCSE English Language grade 4.
- Commitment and enthusiasm.
- Ability to work hard, push oneself, and think differently.
- Meet Government's apprentice funding requirements.
- 3 year residence requirement (subject to exceptions).
- Legal right to work for the full duration of the programme at the point of enrolment.
- No gaps in legal right to work or dependency on future visa applications.
- Must not have undertaken any previous study, education, training, qualifications, or apprenticeship that renders them ineligible for Government's apprentice funding.
- Must not have gained learning or competence from prior work experience that renders them ineligible for Government's apprentice funding.
- Must not have received prior funding or financial support which renders them ineligible for Government's apprentice funding.
