About the Role
As an MSL Coordinator and MSL Rare Disease (RD) within the Medical Science Liaison team at Sanofi Specialty Care, you will be the central interface between Medical Affairs and leading key opinion leaders, actively driving medical excellence in the field of rare diseases. Join a team revolutionizing the care of individuals with immunodeficiencies, rare diseases, cancer, and neurological disorders. In Specialty Care, you will support the delivery of groundbreaking treatments that offer hope to patients with the highest medical needs.
Responsibilities
- Act as a scientific coordinator for RD topics within the MSL team, fostering alignment and knowledge exchange across the team.
- Drive Medical Excellence and the exchange of best practices within the Center of Excellence, supporting competency development across the MSL team.
- Implement the medical-scientific corporate strategy for Rare Disease in selected therapeutic areas, with a focus on the launch pipeline.
- Assume Germany-wide responsibility for the top KOL community for selected indications.
- Independently plan and execute regional medical-scientific training events, advisory boards, and other expert advisory bodies.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience as an MSL or in a comparable medical field sales function is advantageous.
- High degree of self-organization and agile work style.
- Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
- Customer orientation, solution orientation, teamwork, reliability, and sense of responsibility.
- High willingness to travel and a valid driver's license are required.
- Very good German language skills.
- English language skills are an advantage.
