About the Role
As a Showroom Advisor, you will help customers bring their kitchen and bathroom ideas to life by recommending the right finance, products, and installation options. You will use software to create inspirational designs and coordinate projects, supporting customers from initial ideas through to delivery.
Responsibilities

- Support customers virtually and face to face.
- Guide customers from inspirational ideas through to delivery.
Requirements
- Great at using technology.
- Brilliant communication and relationship building skills.

- Confident in converting designs into sales.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.

- Keen eye for design.
- Flexible to work a rota including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.

Salary/Compensations
- £15 per hour
- Individual bonuses up to £250 per quarter
- Additional team incentives
- £3,000 award for highest performing 3–5% of colleagues
