About the Role
Seasons Kosher Supermarket is seeking a full-time Pricing Analyst at its HQ office to oversee pricing for all company supermarket locations. The role involves monitoring competitor activity and developing pricing strategies to meet sales and profitability goals, requiring a proactive professional familiar with supermarket retail operations, profit margins, and customer experience enhancement.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market analysis.
- Track performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Set pricing and develop pricing strategies.
- Perform additional duties as requested by supervisor.
Requirements
- Experience as a category manager, pricing analyst, bookkeeper, or similar role, preferably in a retail or supermarket environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with POS systems.
- Familiarity with accounting software (NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
