About the Role

The leader will manage corporate marketing relationships with strategic partners, drive integrated partner strategies, prioritize investments, and establish a consistent operating model for planning, execution, and measurement. Success will be evaluated based on partner-influenced pipeline and revenue, program adoption, investment effectiveness, customer proof, and AMD's visibility and preference in partner go-to-market activities.
Responsibilities
- Define Enterprise Ecosystem Marketing Strategy, leading AMD’s partner marketing strategy across OEM, CSP, ISV, and GSI partners.
- Build an Integrated Partner Motion, uniting partner types around common Enterprise priorities, solutions, and use cases.
- Prioritize Investments, determining where AMD should invest time, people, MDF, and OpEx based on opportunity and impact.
- Build Strategic Partner Relationships, developing strong connections with senior leaders at priority partners.
- Drive Customer- and Solution-Led Programs, guiding integrated initiatives around priority workloads and customer needs.
- Increase AMD Influence Within Partner GTM, strengthening AMD visibility and preference across partner campaigns and events.
- Establish Measurement and Governance, building frameworks for planning, investment decisions, and performance measurement.
- Connect Teams Across AMD, aligning Partner teams, Sales leaders, and Marketing around common priorities.
- Lead and Scale the Team, building and developing a high-performing Partner Marketing organization.
Requirements
- Experienced B2B technology marketing leader with an understanding of how partner ecosystems influence enterprise customer decisions.
- Firsthand experience working within or alongside major technology partners.
- Comfortable building senior partner relationships, making portfolio and investment choices, and operating in a complex matrix.
- Experience building and developing teams through change and creating scalable operating models.
- B2B technology marketing experience, including significant partner, ecosystem, alliance, channel, or enterprise marketing experience.
- Experience working at, or closely with, a leading OEM, cloud service provider, enterprise software company, systems integrator, or other major technology partner.
- Demonstrated experience developing or transforming partner marketing programs during a period of business or go-to-market change.
- Strong executive relationship-building skills and experience influencing across Sales, Product, Business Unit, and Marketing organizations.
- Experience managing partner marketing investments, including MDF and OpEx, and connecting investment decisions to measurable business outcomes.
- Experience working across multiple partner types and building integrated go-to-market programs around customer needs and solutions.
- Proven ability to build, develop, and scale high-performing teams.
