About the Role
TOCA Social is the world's first dining and entertainment experience with a football twist. We are looking for a Chef to ensure the smooth running of our Heart of House operations, creating exceptional guest experiences through a passion for delicious dishes. We are passionate about training and developing our teammates to support their career progression.
Responsibilities
- Supporting teammates across the kitchen with the preparation and delivery of TOCA Social dishes
- Ensuring high kitchen standards at all times, including cleanliness and food quality/presentation
- Working closely with teammates to exceed guest expectations
- Escalating maintenance issues to your leader
- Ensuring all products are stored and labelled correctly
- Adhering to all TOCA Social standards and guidelines, and statutory regulations (Health & Safety, Food Safety, Allergy processes)
- Communicating clearly, warmly, and friendly to all teammates
- Supporting the kitchen and venue during events
- Being a team player ready to support other departments
- Supporting junior team members to develop their skills
- Monitoring stock levels, ensuring correct maintenance, storage, and labelling
- Working closely with the Head Chef to ensure minimum wastage and following portion control guidelines
- Exceeding expectations in a positive, surprising, and delightful manner
- Being flexible in covering a range of duties in line with business needs
Requirements
- A punctual and reliable individual with a great attitude and work ethic
- A quick learner with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about delivering top-quality experiences
- A willingness and desire to make people happy and deliver genuine and memorable experiences
- Ready to roll up sleeves and help out other departments and teammates
- Experience working within a kitchen as a Chef, Kitchen Assistant, or similar
Skills
- Food Safety Level 2 qualified (ideally but not a deal breaker)

- Westfield White City, W12 7GD
Work Type
- Minimum of 10 or 15 hours per week
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends
Salary/Compensations
- £12.71 per hour + tronc (approx. £1.67 per hour based on last month's average)
