About the Role

As a Product Marketing Manager focused on AI at Sigma, you will help define how we communicate the value of our AI capabilities to the market. This role requires translating complex AI features into clear market messages, sales narratives, and customer stories. We seek individuals with intellectual curiosity about AI, a bias for action, and strong messaging instincts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine positioning and messaging for Sigma's AI features in collaboration with the Director of Product Marketing, AI and the Product team.
  • Create sales enablement content, including one-pagers, battlecards, demo guides, and objection handlers.
  • Support product launches for AI features by coordinating across product, design, marketing, and sales.
  • Research competitors' AI positioning to identify opportunities for Sigma's differentiation.
  • Write and contribute to thought leadership content, blog posts, and customer-facing collateral.
  • Gather and synthesize customer and prospect insights to improve messaging.
  • Partner with demand generation and content teams to ensure consistent AI messaging across campaigns, website, and events.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product marketing experience in B2B enterprise software and/or cloud data platforms.
  • Ability to learn quickly and deeply on new technologies, markets, or buyer personas.
  • Exceptional written communication skills: clear, concise, and compelling.
  • Strong instincts for messaging resonance with technical and business buyers.
  • Experience working with AI products or AI-powered features.
  • Experience partnering with sales to develop enablement materials.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-moving environment.
  • Familiarity with the cloud data platform or analytics ecosystem is a plus.
