About the Role
Modern Market is seeking a Catering Lead Coordinator to ensure a smooth catering experience for clients by preparing and delivering orders, fostering client relationships, and seeking expansion opportunities. This role also involves fulfilling hourly restaurant duties during downtime.
Responsibilities
- Prepare dry goods and food for catering orders.
- Ensure timely delivery and presentation of catering orders.
- Foster relationships with current clients.
- Seek new opportunities for catering expansion within the community.
- Manage the catering order process from receiving to preparation and delivery.
- Assemble and verify catering orders for accuracy.
- Implement the Modern Market Catering Strategy.
- Handle orders promptly, including occasional nights and weekends.
- Fulfill hourly duties within the restaurant, such as cashier duties, guest assistance, or supporting the line.
Requirements
- Certified food handlers and TABC (Texas).
- Reliable vehicle and proof of auto insurance coverage.
