About the Role

Tenstorrent is seeking a Corporate Development Associate to lead client-facing analysis for strategic deals, focusing on the evaluation, structuring, and execution of partnerships and commercial transactions. This role is ideal for an individual who can quickly take on responsibility, operate independently, and build credibility with partners, customers, and the C-suite. The Corporate Development team is responsible for shaping the company through capital raising, M&A, and commercial agreements, working closely with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain financial models and valuation analyses for fundraising, M&A, licensing, and commercial decisions.
  • Analyze financial statements, filings, projections, and market data on targets, partners, investors, and competitors.
  • Prepare research, briefing notes, and presentation materials for senior leadership and the board.
  • Support investor and partner roadshows and executive meetings.
  • Coordinate deal processes end-to-end, including scheduling, tracking, follow-ups, and document management.
  • Support due diligence and data room organization for transactions.
  • Maintain pipeline and CRM hygiene for partnerships, business development, investors, and strategic sales.
  • Draft and manage internal and external communications to keep deal workflows on schedule.
  • Collaborate with Tenstorrent's engineering, product, sales, legal, and finance teams on transactions.

  • Clear communicator who coordinates smoothly across internal teams and external counterparties.
  • Willing to take ownership early, learn quickly, and travel when necessary.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple workstreams.
  • Analytically capable and comfortable working with data, research, and financial information.
  • Interested in technology, the semiconductor, data center, and AI markets.
  • Sociable and able to build relationships.
  • Eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology.
