About the Role
As a Bilingual Client Service Specialist in our Scaled Business Success (SBS) team, you’ll support all clients in our small business segment at different points in their life cycle with Indeed. You’ll interact with clients via phone, chat, and email to help them resolve any issues they may have with their account or to educate them on how to enhance their accounts effectively to achieve their hiring goals. You will have the opportunity to work with Indeed’s product suite and partner with internal teams to help deliver an outstanding experience on each and every interaction.
Responsibilities
- Have a consultative approach to identify the client’s pain points and suggest a solution approach to “WOW” them.
- Become highly knowledgeable about our expanding range of products at Indeed.
- Educate our clients so that they get the most value from Indeed.
- Be motivated to achieve Clients Centric KPIs such as CSAT and Conversion.
- Working in a team-centered environment where continuous learning and experimentation is your day-to-day.
- Collaborate with our Product, Operations, Search Quality and Aggregation teams to troubleshoot problems and propose solutions.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and French (verbal and written).
- Demonstrates excellent learning agility and technical proficiency, with curiosity and enthusiasm that enable quick impact.
- Passionate about helping customers resolve issues and achieve positive outcomes.
- Able to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
- Comfortable in a dynamic environment, proactively seeking feedback and handling a high volume of inbound interactions.
Skills
- Experience in online advertising, search engine marketing (SEM), pay-per-click (PPC), recruitment advertising, or staffing agencies preferred.
