About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager passionate about Cloud Infrastructure, partnering with Engineering teams, and leveraging cloud-native technologies like Kubernetes and AWS to deliver modern, scalable infrastructure. This role involves a focus on Security and Cost Optimizations in the Cloud.
Responsibilities
- Own, plan, and deliver key cross-functional initiatives, technical projects, and complex features with high visibility to senior leadership.
- Recommend, define, and measure metrics for Platform teams to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Inspect metrics for variances, propose corrective actions, and drive changes to improve outcomes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project/program management, with a preference for delivering cloud-based solutions or managing infrastructure projects.
- Strong experience with work planning and tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Aha, Trello, Asana).
- Understanding of Platform Engineering and its value contribution.
- Strong bias towards being metrics-driven, with experience in determining and using program critical metrics.
- Ability to align fast-moving and high-velocity teams.
- Courage to tackle ambiguous problems, conduct independent research, and facilitate decision-making with senior leaders.
- Demonstrate an AI-first mindset in work planning and execution tracking.
