About the Role

The 2027 Summer Internship Program is a paid 10-week learning experience designed to immerse interns in the daily operations of a global financial services company. Participants will gain industry and organizational knowledge through business interactions and assignments, work on impactful projects, interact with senior leaders, and network with professionals and peers.

Responsibilities

  • Learn how modern marketing functions as a revenue center.
  • Collaborate with marketing professionals to develop campaigns aligned with the sales cycle.
  • Gain experience with marketing platforms that inform strategy and drive results.
  • Work with and learn from leaders, mentors, and team members.
  • Understand Guardian’s purpose, values, work culture, and product offerings.
  • Build a professional network and community with other interns and employees.
  • Analyze data, facts, and information to foster broad thinking.

Requirements

  • Must be a current junior with a graduation date of May 2028.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future.
  • F-1 visa holders requiring H-1B status, TNs, or current H-1B visa holders will not be considered.
  • H1-B and green card sponsorship are not available.
  • Must be available for the full program dates.
  • An interest in pursuing a career in marketing, sales, or sales enablement.
  • Curiosity about how the customer journey informs and shapes marketing strategy.
