About the Role
Supports licensed electricians by preparing materials, tools, and work areas for daily tasks. Learns to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems under direct supervision.
Responsibilities
- Follows detailed instructions to complete basic wiring, conduit installation, and equipment setup.
- Observes and practices safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
- Documents completed tasks and materials used to assist with project tracking.
- Communicates progress and questions to crew members to facilitate learning and project coordination.
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of job sites and workspaces.
- Participates in structured on-the-job and classroom training to develop trade skills and understanding of construction process.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
- OSHA 10 program completion within 6 months of hire is required.
