Responsibilities
- Process customer orders daily to meet their expectations.
- Work in material handling support functions for Liquid Core and AOF value streams.
- Prepares picklists, dec sheets, coordinates raw material movement, and picks material required for further manufacturing.
- Ensure inventory is stored accurately.
- Support a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement while contributing to a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Perform warehouse tasks and regularly use PIT equipment.
- Participate in safety, quality, and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- No previous work experience required
- Ability to analyze and solve problems independently as well as collaboratively.
- Self-motivated, self-starter with strong organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, successful in partnering with colleagues of differing cultural, language and educational backgrounds.
- Demonstrates the Thermo Fisher values (The Four I’s) – Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, and Involvement.
- Ability to regularly sit, stand, walk, talk, and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
- Close vision and ability to adjust focus are required.
- Regularly required to lift up to 20 pounds.
- May be required to lift weight of 45 pounds or more, with assistance and/or with equipment on occasion.

- Additional shift differential for 2nd shift and 3rd shift positions
