About the Role

Octopus Energy Germany is a global EnerTech company revolutionizing the energy market with sustainable energy solutions. We are expanding our services to include heat pump solutions, smart meters, e-mobility, and renewable energy generation. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team and challenge the status quo.

Responsibilities

Responsible for proactive, data-driven route and deployment planning for our pre-fabrication and final assembly teams.
Proactively manage disruptions and cancellations, condense weekly schedules, and ensure target utilization.
Coordinate capacities, vacations, and rework with area managers in daily and weekly check-ins.
Ensure perfect synchronization of material flow and assembly dates, with all components ready on-site on time.
Respond quickly to unforeseen events, weather changes, or delays, flexibly adapting material logistics and resolving operational challenges.
Act as a central point of contact, collaborating closely with customer support, sales, warehouse, and technicians.
Communicate schedule changes directly to end customers transparently, solution-oriented, and reliably when adjustments are needed due to weekly schedule condensation.

Requirements

Several years of solid professional experience in dispatching, deployment planning, route optimization, logistics, or operational resource management.
Data-driven work approach, maintaining an overview during high dynamics, and rapid prioritization.
Proactive mindset, drive to develop processes, and motivation to actively contribute to success.
Strong communication skills, resilience under stress, and ability to be an honest, alert, and assertive team player.
Willingness to engage in real team cohesion and participate in monthly team days and events in Heidelberg.
