Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, appliances, and electrical systems.
- Respond quickly to service requests, keeping residents informed and respected.
- Perform preventative maintenance to avoid future breakdowns.
- Maintain clean, safe, and compliant work sites.
- Support multiple communities by staying organized and taking initiative.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- 1+ year of maintenance experience or equivalent.
- A team-first attitude and strong follow-through.
