About the Role
In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development. Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for AI Mode.
- Partner with cross-functional product leaders to unlock high-growth opportunities and deliver on the company’s highest-priority e-commerce ambitions.
- Maintain a pulse on global retail trends, evolving consumer behaviors, and breakthrough technologies to keep our product suite ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate seamlessly across Google teams—including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Finance—to ensure tight integration and execution against core business objectives.
- Advocate innovation by motivating engineering teams to build and deploy complex software solutions, with a strong focus on modernizing core architecture using advanced ML and LLMs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in product management or related technical role, taking technical products from conception to launch.
- Experience building and deploying consumer-facing products focused on customer experience.
- Experience building and designing AI-powered products or features.
