About the Role
We are supporting a consultancy in designing and developing a global workshop program for a life sciences client's customer engagement team. The work will span three therapy areas: Respiratory, Dermatology, and Rhino-Gastro, using a shared framework tailored to each area. This role combines workshop design, creative development, gamification, and stakeholder input.
Responsibilities
- Run alignment sessions with global and country teams to gather inputs and shape workshop content.
- Develop the workshop theme, structure, session flow, and gamified activities across three therapy areas.
- Produce facilitation materials and supporting communications, including guides, country comms, video, and newsletter content.
Requirements
- An independent consultant.
- 2-4 years of experience in customer, marketing, communications, or engagement-focused consulting.
- Strong workshop design and content development experience.
- Creative, organized, and confident working with multiple senior stakeholders.
