About the Role
Assemble helps enterprise leaders cut through the noise with trusted peer insights that bridge the gap between data overload and decision-making clarity. This role is at the front line of our growth, connecting senior decision-makers and bringing the right people to the table for powerful, peer-driven conversations.
Responsibilities
- Engage with key professionals, industry leaders, and senior executives from leading global organizations across a range of industries to support speaker recruitment efforts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing engagement and value.
- Conduct research and produce compelling conference agenda copy that reflects timely, relevant topics and drives attendee and client engagement.
- Analyze industry trends, challenges, business opportunities, market activity, and the competitive landscape, and provide strategic recommendations for speaker content to clients.
- Travel periodically to oversee event execution, supporting speakers and ensuring seamless on-site performance.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Sales, to foster and sustain positive relationships with partners before, during, and after events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is considered an asset.
- Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of Fortune 1000 organizations.
- Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Demonstrated experience in a client-facing role, with exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong research capabilities considered an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding spelling and grammatical accuracy, with meticulous attention to detail.
