About the Role
Ambience is seeking a Business Operations Lead to act as an internal operator, transforming high-leverage problems into tangible outcomes that impact company KPIs. This role involves owning cross-functional projects, developing reliable insights, driving execution, and establishing scalable processes and new verticals. It's a high-growth opportunity with broad business exposure and potential for increased scope.
Responsibilities
- Drive high-leverage, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, including scoping, stakeholder alignment, execution, measurement, and handoff with playbooks.
- Redesign implementation workflows to increase site go-live throughput without additional team capacity.
- Define pricing and packaging strategy, including SKUs and tiers, pilot with customers, and measure close-rate impact.
- Build cross-functional product launch playbooks (Alpha → Beta → GA) covering user rollout, enablement materials, and client education.
- Establish initial RevOps infrastructure, including pipe-to-revenue models, rep performance dashboards, ROI frameworks, and stage definitions.
- Launch finance tooling MVPs such as license management and automated monthly true-ups.
- Deliver project dashboards, KPI specifications, short playbooks, and regular update cadences for all initiatives.
Requirements
- 4–8 years in top-tier consulting, BizOps, strategy, or founder/operator roles with demonstrated 0→1 delivery.
- Proven success owning cross-functional initiatives like pricing, segmentation, rollout throughput, or RevOps/GTM programs.
- Strong analytical capabilities, including proficiency with Excel/Sheets, interpreting SQL/BI output, and data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent executive communication skills, including concise memos, clear asks, and effective stakeholder management.
- High learning agility, ability to quickly grasp new domains, thrive with autonomy, possess a low ego, and demonstrate high ownership.
- Systems thinking ability to transform complex processes into simple, durable mechanisms like cadences, SLAs, and dashboards.
- Experience building operating cadences in high-growth SaaS startups.
- Familiarity with CRM and RevOps tooling.
