About the Role
Siena is seeking a Product Manager to own the autonomy product surface, where agents operate without human intervention. This role involves defining the expansion of autonomy, providing customers with visibility into automated processes, and running experiments to enhance autonomous resolution.
Responsibilities
- Own autonomy end to end: define where agents can act without a human in the loop, and push that boundary as trust and evals allow
- Build and ship systems that measurably improve autonomous resolution, including evaluation suites, automated testing, and performance monitoring
- Provide customers with real-time visibility into coverage, including what is automated, escalated, and why
- Design and run journey-level A/B tests across agent flows to inform future product development
- Own onboarding and automation to achieve full autonomous coverage for customers rapidly
- Manage full launch cycles for autonomy features, including internal testing, early access, and general availability
- Enable customer adoption through webinars, documentation, and training
- Directly demo autonomy successes to customers and collaborate with sales in co-selling efforts
- Act as a forward-deployed PM when necessary, engaging with customers to scope, analyze, and implement improvements
Requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in CX, ecommerce, helpdesk, or AI automation
- AI-native: daily use of tools like Claude, Cursor, v0, or similar
- Experience running structured experiments or A/B tests to improve product metrics
- Technical fluency, including scoping webhook systems, OAuth flows, and complex integrations
- Customer confidence, including experience with customer calls, demos, and co-selling
- Experience building trust or visibility features (dashboards, coverage reporting, status pages)
- Background implementing or rolling out complex systems for enterprise customers
- Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to own challenging, undefined aspects of the product
- Willingness to be customer-facing and demo work directly
