This role involves supporting the Director of Restaurants in driving service excellence, team development, and commercial performance, leading by example on the floor, and ensuring memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

Support the day to day management of Bar Antoine and beverage service within Pavyllon London
Lead, coach, and develop the bar team to deliver exceptional service standards
Build genuine guest relationships and create memorable experiences
Drive beverage knowledge, upselling, and commercial performance across the operation
Ensure the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, and professionalism are maintained
Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of team members
Collaborate closely with the culinary and restaurant teams to deliver seamless service
Manage stock control, ordering, inventory, and cost management processes
Support the development of cocktail, wine, and beverage programmes
Uphold Four Seasons standards while contributing to a positive and engaging team culture

Requirements

Previous leadership experience within a luxury bar, restaurant, or hotel environment
Strong beverage knowledge across cocktails, wines, spirits, and premium service
Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and team development capabilities
Commercial awareness and understanding of beverage profitability
Professional presentation and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast paced luxury environment
Good spoken and written English
