About the Role
Supervises the daily operations of the office services team, delivering essential services like document processing, mail handling, equipment maintenance, and facilities management to meet client needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist Site Manager in supervising site activities.
- Supervise tasks and special projects at the site.
- Resolve employee or client/staff conflicts, involving the Site Manager if necessary.
- Train new employees and cross-train current staff.
- Complete required logs, reports, and paperwork.
- Perform quality checks on all work.
Requirements
- Ability to work overtime and meet deadlines.
- Physical activity required including bending, climbing stairs, reaching, lifting, and prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
- May lift and/or move up to 40 lbs.
