About the Role
Lead the design and delivery of innovative rail solutions. Drive complex projects that shape the future of sustainable mobility.
Responsibilities
- Oversee scalable engineering solutions for large, multi-disciplinary rail projects, ensuring alignment with global standards and local requirements.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration between engineering, operations, and client stakeholders to deliver integrated project outcomes.
- Ensure reliability and safety by implementing rigorous quality assurance and risk management processes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Champion innovation by introducing new technologies and methodologies to enhance project performance and efficiency.
- Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within engineering teams, mentoring future leaders and building technical excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field, with professional engineering accreditation preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering management, ideally within rail, transportation, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in systems engineering, project management tools, and relevant industry standards (e.g., CENELEC, ISO, PMBOK).
- Deep understanding of project delivery, risk management, and lifecycle cost optimization in complex environments.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with a proven ability to drive teams toward ambitious goals.
