About the Role

This role is dedicated to leading complex enterprise transformation initiatives that support the evolution of People & Equity's service delivery model and strategic priorities. Drawing on organizational effectiveness, HR, change management, and business transformation principles, the role supports strategic decision-making and service delivery improvements across the organization. Working across divisions and Centres of Expertise, the role provides strategic advisory support to senior leaders, helping shape future-state operating models, drive organizational change, and improve organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, coordination, rollout, and delivery of projects and programs to enhance client service levels by identifying and addressing areas for improvement.
  • Leverage organizational diagnostics, industry best practices, stakeholder insights, diversity, equity and inclusions and change management principles to design and implement sustainable enterprise solutions that improve service delivery, organizational effectiveness, and client outcomes.
  • Lead complex transformation initiatives that support the evolution of service delivery models, organizational structures, governance frameworks, and workforce strategies across the organization.
  • Conduct organizational assessments, facilitate future-state design exercises, develop recommendations for senior leadership, and support implementation planning to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, providing advice and expertise to leaders on organizational effectiveness, business transformation, and change initiatives while ensuring alignment with broader corporate priorities.
  • Lead cross-functional and enterprise-wide projects involving multiple stakeholder groups, competing priorities, and complex organizational dynamics.
  • Develop transformation roadmaps, implementation strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, and change interventions that support successful adoption and realization of benefits.
  • Facilitate workshops, strategy sessions, and working groups with senior leaders to build alignment and advance decision-making.
  • Develop trusted advisory relationships with senior leaders and executives across the organization.
  • Provide strategic advice, facilitate discussions on complex business challenges, and support leaders in identifying opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness, service delivery, and stakeholder outcomes.
  • Lead executive-level engagement activities, develop presentations and recommendations for senior decision-makers, and build consensus among diverse stakeholder groups to advance transformational initiatives.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to support the Manager in planning and service delivery.
  • Influence, motivate, and train employees to foster a collaborative environment that prioritizes teamwork, high-quality work standards, and continuous learning.
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to ensure compliance with service standards and best practices.
  • Design, develop, and implement training curriculums to keep staff informed and equipped with updated policies, processes, and programs.

Requirements

  • Strategic, results-oriented professional with considerable experience leading complex transformation initiatives in large, multifaceted organizations.
  • Considerable expertise in organizational effectiveness, service delivery transformation, change management, and strategic project delivery.
  • Extensive experience leading projects from strategy through implementation.
  • Provide consultative advice to senior leaders.
  • Facilitate complex discussions.
  • Build consensus among diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Highly skilled at navigating matrixed environments.
  • Skilled at influencing without direct authority.
  • Skilled at translating strategic priorities into practical, actionable solutions.
  • Confident communicator and facilitator.
  • Excel at relationship management, executive stakeholder engagement, and change leadership.
  • Thrive in a collaborative, team-based environment.
  • Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Considerable experience in one or more of the following areas is considered an asset: Consulting or advisory services, Service delivery design and operating model reviews, Organizational effectiveness and service improvement, Enterprise modernization and business renewal, Change management and implementation planning, Executive facilitation and stakeholder engagement, Public sector business improvement initiatives.

  • Post-secondary education in a relevant discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience in human resources.
  • CHRP/, CHRL, Project Management, Change Management experience or other relevant professional designation would be an asset.

Salary/Compensations

  • $105,241-$160,649
