About the Role
Springer Nature Health is pursuing an ambitious growth and transformation agenda, including a significant AI agenda. This role will help turn the agenda into disciplined execution, keeping a complex portfolio of initiatives on track and contributing to significant change efforts.
Responsibilities
- Drive growth and transformation initiatives across AI, strategy, go-to-market, product and business model, performance, and people.
- Translate strategy into execution by building and maintaining delivery plans, milestones, critical-path tracking, and decision logs.
- Support the Transformation Office in maintaining execution discipline, governance cadence, and prioritization across workstreams.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, holding workstreams accountable to outcomes and timelines and proactively unblocking issues.
- Prepare executive- and board-level materials, including decks, updates, and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Apply AI fluency to understand how AI is reshaping products, workflows, and business models.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience, ideally combining business consulting with in-house strategy or transformation work.
- Proven track record of working directly with senior management and C-level stakeholders.
- Strong command of transformation, strategy, and execution, comfortable with both strategic vision and operational detail.
- Exceptional communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
- Structured, hands-on, self-directed working style, with the ability to thrive amid ambiguity and pace.
- Genuine interest in healthcare, life sciences, and AI.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong change management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead people through complex organizational change.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary and international teams across different markets and cultures.
