About the Role
The GPVA – Hoffnungstaler Stiftung Lobetal is expanding its services in Steglitz-Zehlendorf, Berlin, to support individuals with psychiatric illnesses through assisted living. The team is developing structures and workflows to provide valuable contributions to the community.
Responsibilities
- Support and promote daily living skills and help clients find and maintain a daily structure.
- Assist with job and employment searches.
- Manage illness, crises, and relapses appropriately.
- Create and maintain care plans and documentation.
- Coordinate all necessary personal services.
Requirements
- Completed training as a social pedagogue, special needs educator, or educator (m/f/d), or equivalent qualifications.
- Openness and interest in the life paths of our clients.
- Acceptance of and professional handling of risks to self and others.
- Personal resilience and commitment in working with people with psychiatric illnesses.
- Flexibility in working hours based on individual client needs, coordinated within the team.
- Interest in personal development, including supervision and further training.
- Desire for long-term collaboration.

Salary/Compensations
- Minimum €3,616.58 monthly gross (EG7) for full-time employment, depending on professional experience.
- Annual special payment (equivalent to one additional monthly salary).
