About the Role
The GPVA – Hoffnungstaler Stiftung Lobetal is expanding its services in Steglitz-Zehlendorf, Berlin, to support individuals with psychiatric illnesses through assisted living. The team is developing structures and workflows to provide valuable community-based care.
Responsibilities
- Support and promote daily life management and the establishment and maintenance of a daily structure.
- Assist with job and employment searches.
- Appropriately manage illness, crises, and relapses.
- Create and maintain support plans and documentation.
- Coordinate all necessary personal services.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Social Work, Social Pedagogy, Dipl. Pedagogy, or Psychology, or equivalent qualifications.
- Openness and interest in the life paths of our clients.
- Acceptance of and professional handling of risks posed by self or others.
- Personal resilience and commitment in working with individuals with psychiatric illnesses.
- Flexibility in work hours, aligned with client needs and team coordination.
- Interest in personal development, including supervision and further training.
- Desire for long-term collaboration.

Salary/Compensations
- Minimum €4,345.08 monthly gross (EG9), depending on experience.
- Annual special payment (equivalent to one additional monthly salary).
