About the Role
Join our growing preschool team in Stony Point, NY, as an Assistant or Lead Preschool Teacher. We are seeking caring, energetic, and experienced individuals passionate about early childhood education to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.
Responsibilities
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans.
- Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow teachers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom.
Requirements
- Minimum of a High School Diploma required for Assistant Teacher.
- Minimum of an Associates Degree in Education or a related field for Lead Teacher.
- 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare center.
- A passion for inspiring young learners.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude and dependable work ethic.
