Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service daily.
- Comply with all HACCP/GMP and dnata catering sanitation and proper food handling policies and procedures.
- Check all meals to ensure accuracy of menu specifications and meal counts.
- Comply with Ramp Safety policies and procedures, safety vests must be worn while out on the field.
- Coordinate with airline clients and ensure efficient delivery logistics.
- Manage conflict and resolution effectively.
- Execute communications tailored to different audiences.
- Make timely decisions to keep the organization moving forward.
- Act with urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm to embrace new opportunities and challenges.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
- Must have a driver's license.
- Ability to meet requirements necessary to obtain a Port Authority, Port ID.
- Must have excellent attention to detail.
- Must be able to multi-task.
- Must be able to read and write in English.
- Ability to lift and push heavy objects, racks, etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Work safely to prevent accidents to self and coworkers.
- Continuous multi-tasking under time limits.
