About the Role
We are looking for a strategic, externally-facing leader who operates at the intersection of standards development, product strategy, ecosystem partnerships, and business development. This role requires someone who can articulate a strong point of view on the future of identity in the AI era and represent that vision publicly.
Responsibilities
- Actively contribute to relevant identity and AI standards efforts.
- Support internal contributors participating in standards bodies.
- Ensure the company's standards engagement reflects a coherent, forward-looking strategy.
- Develop and cultivate relationships with key ecosystem players to build joint reference architectures.
- Guide and support the TAP team in establishing design partnerships and technical integrations.
- Monitor and track activity across the identity and AI ecosystem.
- Translate ecosystem signals into directional recommendations for the product team.
- Represent the company externally as a leading voice on identity for AI.
- Speak at industry events, conferences, and forums.
- Drive internal alignment around reference architectures and standard design patterns.
- Act as a bridge between standards work, product direction, and go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
- Combines technical credibility with commercial instinct.
- Comfortable in standards bodies, in front of customers, and in front of an industry audience.
- Requires equal fluency in technical standards work and strategic/commercial partnership-building.
- Requires presence and credibility to be a public-facing voice for the company's point of view on identity in the AI era.
