About the Role
We are hiring a Staff Product Manager to own the product experience for pre-boarding and onboarding across Deliveroo, DoorDash and Wolt. This senior individual contributor role focuses on the cross-functional experience from candidate offer acceptance through new hire ramp-up, spanning People and IT functions. You will be the end-to-end product owner for systems, workflows, and experiences related to equipment, access, accounts, paperwork, and early enablement. Based in London, you will drive measurable improvements to the new-hire experience and accelerate ramp-up times across regions, legal contexts, and brands.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product roadmap and execution for pre-boarding and onboarding across Deliveroo, DoorDash and Wolt.
- Design and evolve cross-functional experiences connecting People and IT workflows.
- Define and track key metrics such as time-to-productivity, new-hire satisfaction, day-one readiness, and operational efficiency.
- Build durable, modular product capabilities like task orchestration, status visibility, and dashboards.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, People/HR, and IT to translate complex needs into product capabilities.
- Navigate multi-brand, multi-region environments, including varied legal and compliance requirements.
- Set the product vision and influence senior stakeholders across People and IT functions.
- Model strong product judgment by defining clear problem statements, scoping MVPs, and investing in foundational elements.
Requirements
- A track record of building and shipping products end-to-end, ideally in People/HR, IT, or complex cross-functional environments.
- Experience designing products and workflows that span multiple functions, systems, and stakeholders.
- Comfort working with both custom-built tools and third-party SaaS platforms, including integrating data across systems.
- Strong analytical skills and the habit of using data and metrics to define success, prioritize, and measure impact.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Experience operating across regions, legal contexts, or multiple brands.
- A bias for delivering high-quality products in a fast-moving organization, balancing speed, risk, and technical constraints.
