About the Role

We’re looking for a Group Product Manager to lead the teams building Wolt’s, Deliveroo’s and DoorDash’s global regulatory and compliance technology in London.

Responsibilities

  • Work with legal, finance, engineering, and other teams to translate regulatory needs into robust product solutions, covering areas like anti-money laundering (AML), safeguarding, tax, and licensing compliance across 40+ markets.
  • Define the long-term product strategy for the compliance stack, including building internal tools, APIs, and automation for regulatory requirements like KYC, AML, and audit readiness.
  • Lead and grow a group of senior Product Managers, guiding their work across multiple roadmaps and domains to solve critical regulatory and financial compliance challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with teams such as Licensing Services, Tax, Legal, and Finance to understand changing rules and requirements and ensure the development of appropriate solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong grasp of EU regulatory frameworks including AML/CTF, KYC, KYB, Payments Regulations, Tax regulations, and Invoicing/e-Invoicing systems.
  • Experience translating legal requirements into product designs.
  • Experience leading other Product Managers or Product Leads, including setting direction, coaching, and aligning senior stakeholders.
  • High technical and analytical fluency, with comfort working with APIs, data models, audits, and reporting workflows.
  • Familiarity with financial services infrastructure such as KYC, KYB, AML systems, licensing platforms, scalable invoicing platforms, and core banking platforms.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience influencing executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of operating in high-ambiguity environments, navigating risk, and delivering product impact with incomplete information.
  • Minimum 8–12 years of overall Product Management experience, with a significant portion dedicated to Fintech or Financial Services.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
