About the Role
The London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square is seeking a dynamic and passionate Food and Beverage Service Expert MClub Associate to join their five-star luxury hotel team. This role focuses on creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional food and beverage service, collaborating with the hotel team to exceed 5-star expectations.
Responsibilities
- Take initiative to deliver a wide range of services to ensure guests enjoy their meal.
- Set tables, communicate with the kitchen, interact with and serve guests.
- Clean work areas and restock supplies.
- Create a safe workplace.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Uphold quality standards.
- Ensure uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional.

Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
