Advance Onboarding Solutions is seeking a hardworking and dependable Concrete Laborer to join our construction team. This role involves assisting with site preparation, concrete mixing and pouring, and finishing surfaces. Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing construction sites by cleaning, leveling, and setting up necessary forms and structures for concrete work.
- Perform carpentry work, including building wood structures.
- Mix, pour, spread, and level concrete accurately according to project specifications.
- Assist in smoothing and finishing concrete surfaces using hand tools and power tools.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment required for concrete tasks.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Requirements
- Previous experience in concrete work or construction labor is a must.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials and standing for long periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
